I wish it was my first! I had become very discouraged with the people I had met at other locations and the way people treat the dresses! My consultant went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was she kind, sweet and caring, she heard what I had to say. Being a smaller (very short) bride it was difficult for me to envision what the size ten dress would look like on my size 2 frame. After trying the dress (of my dreams) on twice and not being able to visualize it, my consultant spoke with the owner and came back with overwhelming news. She was going to allow me to try on her wedding dress! My consultant is getting married in a few months and had picked the same dress as me. What an HONOR! (and I was terrified to ruin her dress)However, my consultants dedication to finding me the right dress was amazing. After trying on her dress, I knew it was also my dress. I didn't expect to find a dress that I would love on the first trip but I did. It's a dress that I wouldn't have ever looked at because of the style but that had everything I was looking for in terms of material and beading. The consultant I had listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress I tried on. She had me try on the dress that I ended up buying, even though I was skeptical, and I was completely blown away by how much I liked it. My consultant did such an awesome job and helped me so much, I'm going to go back to Marry & Tux for bridesmaid dresses and request her help again! My consultant, was enthusiastic, helpful, and most of all, patient. My consultant, stayed almost an hour passed closing with me while I was trying to decide between two beautiful dresses. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and she kept assuring me to take my time. And if that's not enough to describe how great she is, when I came back the next day to change ny mind on the dress I had purchased, she was just as patient and helpful in helping me settle on the perfect dress! The entire bodice was beaded and had to be undone, taken in, and then rebeaded and it was flawless and fit perfectly! They also did this for less than anywhere else I had looked. Now I am getting married and bought my dream wedding gown here. My consultant was amazing, incredibly helpful and efficient. She got me in and out gowns faster than anyone- without rushing you at all. She was hilarious too. My experience has been wonderful! Bridesmaids' dresses are next!!! She was honest about what looked good and what didn't suit me. After realizing that what I thought I wanted was not what I liked, she found me the PERFECT dress! I love it and bought it! She was sweet and so patient with me, and she gave me honest opinions about each dress. I could tell that she was not concerned about making a sale, she just really wanted me to find THE DRESS. Yesterday, at my fourth appointment, I did! Everyone, from the consultants to the owner, is wonderful, and I'm so happy I waited for that "Ah, this is my dress!" feeling that every bride deserves.
